I have naturally curly hair but it wants to frizz up and get poofy and it still curlybut what could i use?

its almost if is i have afican american hair and i out gel moose etc in it so it want frizz or poof and some time i out alittle pink pink is for black ppls hair what could help me so i dont have to use all this stuff
