Frizzy curly hair help!?!?

Okay normally I use tons of product, it's possible my daily use of aresol hairspray single handly destroyed the ozone layer, except that makes my hair hard and well gross my boyfriend hates when I put product in my hair, he likes is natural and soft except it's an afro when I don't combine, frizz ease, a gel and hairspray! Help what will help my frizzyness but still keep my hair soft and looking decent!
