Breaking out !? Please help!?

I use nuetragena doesnt matter which kind I like the apricot one and I use a lufa to really scrub my face clean I dont use hydrogen peroxide cause that just dries my skin out. but another thing that might help that i do is before i go to bed I put toothpaste on every outbreak i see comin and its gone the next morning
