Do wisdom teeth (lowers) extraction pain ever subside? did anyone else have temple headaches after?

I had my lower wisdom's taken out on Saturday, im still in alot of pain and am taking Arnica and anti bios, zinc and vitamin C to speed up healing and am using alternative therapies as well. Im still in alot of pain does this ever go away? The stitches are well into the gum on the side of my mouth is this normal? I cant smile much and cant open my jaw to eat, is this also normal? Are the pains in my temples due to the extraction as well? Any insight would be much appreciated. Thanks Clare Harrison. England. X
