What is the cause of a rash over the site of a ~2-3 week old deep bruise? What can I do about it?

its funny that you said blood clot. as i was reading your description i thought of a blood clot. i hope it's not but on the off chance, i would get it checked out. better safe then sorry. i hope its nothing.
