Wrist pain after childbirth?
Hi, this is the first time I use this and I want to share with you a remedy with wrist pain (tendinitis) after child birth but I am not sure how to do it so I put it in the questions. Sorry for this. I gave birth with emergency cesarian 6 weeks ago. During the first 4 weeks after birth I was given the drug "dicoflenac" which is safe during breastfeeding as I am breastfeeding 100% my little girl. When I got off it I started having the wrist pain that had started in the last month of pregnancy. What is working for me and is totally safe for breastfeeding is putting a dicoflenac based cream (voltarol) on my wrist morning and afternoon and taking a dicoflenac pill in the evening time. This was prescribred by my doctor. If pain is too intense my doc suggests 3 pills a day and no cream but it is working like this for me at the moment. Before going to the doctor I had tried my own remedy and was putting arnica gel on the affected area. As it is a herbal remedy I was applying it at least 4 times a day but it seems it started to work. However, I am not sure it is safe during pregnancy so I can not reccommend it. Hope this helps someone!
