Will Hirudoid cream help bruise?

Does anyone no if Hirudoid will help ??? i have badly bruised my knee is is healing from when i fell and cut it but now its just a big bruise and i also have anouther bad bruise wich is really dark does anybody know what is the best treatment , Hirudoid cream (wich mr dr gave me), Arnica Cream, Whitch Hazel or just simply to use ice??? Plzz helpp thank you :)
