Why am I suddenly have more underarm odor when I'm using the same deodorant and shower gel and everything?

That's normal, especially if you're not finished with puberty yet. Use a different brand (Tom's of Maine is owned by Coke anyway.) Also shave your armpits, since you said there's no sweat, hair holds smell.
