What can I do about pooled blood or bruising under my eyes?

Two Augusts ago I got to drunk at a club and bumped into someone in passing. He and I took it personal turned at eachother and punched. I missed he connected. The next day I had no bruises but the day after under my eyes was blood shot and bruised. For over a week it stayed dark red/brown. Also there was a spot on my nose where I would push with my finger and it would make a clicking sound/ feeling close to my eye only on one side. I think my nose was fractured. The bruising never went away totally. I look, in my opinion, as If I aged three or four years in a day. Is there anything I can do to make the bruising go away. I heard supplementing with arnica can help. Should I just go to an Ear Nose and Throat doctor for a consultation. Any response will be appreciated, thanks.
