Has anyone ever used Dermagist Eye Revolution Gel?

I don't have a problem with under eye bags, but I have really dark shadows under my eyes that I've had pretty much all of my life due to translucent skin and allergies. Does this stuff really work? I want some reviews before I spend $100 on a bottle.
